秦红武，男，副教授，硕士生导师，副院长。长期从事人工智能领域的研究，近年来研究领域聚焦于模糊数据分析与处理、粒计算、智能决策等。作为项目负责人，先后主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，横向课题4项，教学项目2项。作为第二成员参与并完成了国家自然科学基金项目2项。获软件著作权多项。近年来，在国家级权威刊物和国际及全国性学术会议上发表论文50余篇，多篇被SCI、EI检索。其中以第一作者一篇发表在领域顶刊《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》（一区，影响因子：11.9，CCF推荐B类期刊），两篇发表在一区顶刊《Expert Systems with Applications》（一区，影响因子：8.5，CCF推荐C类期刊），另外两篇发表在一区顶刊《Knowledge-Based Systems》（一区，影响因子：8.8，CCF推荐C类期刊）。中国计算机学会会员。多次担任《Expert Systems with Applications》、《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《Applied Soft Computing》、《Knowledge-Based Systems》等国际期刊审稿人。荣获甘肃省高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖二等奖，甘肃省高等教育教学成果一等奖。入选西北师范大学第三届“双星计划”，授予“青年教师教学科研之星”称号。2021年荣获西北师范大学优秀教师和西北师范大学优秀研究生导师称号。
